• May include: 6 x 90-minute care planning sessions,
planning with patient (option of including family, and co-ordination
with medical/hospice care providers)
• The End-of-Life Doula supports the family and patient to identify,
document, and implement life fulfillment care wishes in spiritual,
emotional, physical, life-review, and practical after death care
priorities
