Service Description
• Based on six 90-minute coaching sessions • $120 per session • Includes: 15-minute free introductory call, independent journal assignments to complete before each coaching session, six coaching sessions within the five domains, including a wrap up session to celebrate your successes and discuss next steps • We will explore the five domains: o the Physical Domain: Creating a comfortable, safe, and healing environment o the Emotional Domain: Exploring your feelings and relationships o the Intellectual Domain: Understanding life purpose and fulfilling your legacy o the Practical Domain: Honouring your body after death o the Spiritual Domain: Celebrating your personal beliefs and practices *Adopted from Tarron Estes Best 3 Months Vision Mapping Tool within Conscious Dying Institute
